Hugo just sits like a good boy.

Daisy wants an Easter treat.

Baymax being a jerk and not helping pack.

I asked Quinn to send me a picture of a really pregnant cow so I could feel better about how I looked.

Daisy enjoying her deck at the Bills's.

Taking Daisy from the Bills's to her new family.

Look closely. There are 3 cats in this stroller. A customer at the D.I. brought them in and had two dogs on leashes, too!

Our backyard view on Christmas morning. We couldn't even see how big and close the mountain is.

Noah built this snowman all by himself.

Grandpa wearing Abbi's new Christmas hat.

Baymax wearing the harness Abbi asked for for Christmas. He hated it. He just rolled around while he had it on.

We played Noah's new card game on Christmas, Oregon Trail.

Kids' Christmas letters and lists.

Dad slaughtering the kids at Monopoly.

Abbi and Noah playing the long, long round of Monopoly.

Joey and Jessica Saari at work at DI.

When the kids thought shoveling was fun.

Joey left alone for the night so I took my treats to bed.

August 2016

From my 2016 Mason Jar Journal:

  • Sister Lewis passed away in August; two weeks later, Brother Lewis passed away.
  • I got to see kangaroos and joeys in pouches at the Weber County Fair.
  • Noah and Jake went on a rock-hounding camping adventure looking for gems for Noah's 7th birthday. They loved eating bubbles and squeak for dinner.
  • 8.18.16 - President Dieter F. Uchtdorf confirmed the priesthood of a sealer on Dad; Mom and Dad met with him in his office in the Church Administration Building.
  • Noah started 2nd grade with Mrs. Powell and Abbi started 6th grade with Mrs. Lewis.
