I highly recommend this yummy and user-friendly pizza crust. Amber gave me the recipe. We love this pizza and the crust turns out great on Jake's big, heavy pizza pan.

1. stir water, sugar, and yeast together until dissolved. add the
olive oil and the salt. stir in the flour until well blended. let
dough rest for 10 minutes.
2. pat dough into pan or on to a pizza stone using fingers dipped
in olive oil. if desired sprinkle basil, thyme or other seasonings on
crust. top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake for 15 to 20
minutes in a preheated 425 degree oven.

Mmmmmm!!! That does look delicious! I just may have to try your crust recipe. I've yet to find one that I like! I'll have to let you know.
Yours looks so much better than mine ever does. I'm just glad that my whole family will eat this. Usually there is someone who is not happy.
