Centerville D.I. Social, August 16, 2010

I did everything in my power to not be in charge of the social this year.  I had to be in charge of the last one and I didn't really enjoy the responsibility.  Unfortunately, it turned out really well this year, with the D.I. girls all working together.  I don't know what I would do without the female staff members of D.I., including Blaine.  He feels bad if we leave him out of the girl talk.

Demolition Derby: August 14, 2010

In my quest for an adventurous and awesome summer, I attended my first demolition derby.  I learned 3 important lessons:

1. big crowds + beer guzzling derby goers = disaster

2. sitting on the 3rd row = dirt, lots of dirt

3. all wounds are healed with a little mexican karaoke

I am so blessed to have my family!  We missed Jeremy but had a great trip....can't wait for next year!
