Another Pinterest HIT!  I made Pizza Roll and Roasted Broccoli for dinner and the kids and I loved it!  Probably Jake, too, but he hasn't eaten the leftovers yet.

For the Pizza Roll I used my tried and true Valentino's Pizza Crust, rather than the frozen loaves, suggested in the recipe.  I doubled my crust, not sure if I should or shouldn't have, and cooked it a little longer than the recipe recommended to make sure it wasn't doughy.

Also, I don't have Italian Seasoning and I'm not even sure what's in it, so I used some garlic salt, parsley, and oregano.  We loved it and the kids are excited to try it again with different ingredients in the middle, like ham and such.
